Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, open a product, choose your size and colour, then tap “Add to Cart”. When you’re ready, go to Cart → Checkout, enter your delivery details and confirm. You’ll get an order confirmation right away.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
How do I track my order?
Use the “Track Order” page and enter your order number, or log in to your account to see live status. We also notify you on WhatsApp/email as your order moves.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a flat fee of ₹79 applies.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and are typically delivered in 4–7 days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on delivered orders at the moment. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see the next question — we will make it right.
How do refunds work?
Refunds apply when an order is cancelled before dispatch, or when an item arrived damaged or wrong. The refund goes to your original payment method and usually reflects in 3–7 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send the correct item or refund you — your choice.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway over an encrypted connection. We never store your card details.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size guide. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Will the colour match the photos?
We photograph products as accurately as possible. As many pieces are handcrafted, slight variation in colour and detail is natural and part of their charm.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is quick and lets you track orders, save multiple addresses, keep a wishlist and reorder faster.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We’ll email you a secure link to set a new password.
