Exchanges
- Exchange requests are accepted within 2 working days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all labels and tags completely intact.
- A clear 360° unboxing video is required for any missing-product or damaged-item claim.
- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
Non-exchangeable items
For hygiene and handling reasons, we do not accept exchanges on unstitched sets, dupattas or bottoms.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. If an item is unavailable in your purchased size, we will issue store credit valid for 6 months, which can be used towards any future order.

All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction.
